If you wish to cancel your purchase, simply send us a short message with the following information – informal is totally fine, but here’s a template you can use:

It’s enough if you send your cancellation in time – that means no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.

 

 

🔁 Consequences of Cancellation

Once we’ve received your cancellation and the returned goods (or proof of shipment), you will receive:


‱ A full refund of your purchase amount

‱ Plus the original shipping costs of your order

The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the purchase – of course without any additional charges for you.

Important:

We can only issue the refund once we have received the returned goods or you’ve provided proof of return shipping – whichever comes first.

 

 

🚚 Return of Goods


Returns are at your own expense and must be announced in writing to our support team beforehand – this is the only way we can ensure smooth processing.

Want to exchange something? No problem! As soon as your return arrives, we’ll send you the new item free of charge.

 

 

Note on handling the goods:

You only have to pay for any loss in value if it was caused by use beyond what is necessary to check the condition, features, and functioning of the product.
